Ligno-cellulosic analysis related to bio-based industries

Ligno-cellulosic wastes obtained after crop harvest of rice/wheat may provide materials with potentially relevant industrial interest. Low-cost treatments of rice/wheat residues (husk and straw) by combined chemical, biological, mechano-chemical and sono-chemical methodologies can deliver separated inorganic/organic fractions. Identification and evaluation of these fractions can be done by using various techniques in ssNMR spectroscopy.
